Our experienced instructor will lead you through a one hour guided breathwork journey, providing clear instructions and support throughout the session.

Classes are conducted  online allowing you to feel comfortable in your own environment, which in turn will allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the breathwork experience.

No Experience Necessary: Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a complete novice, our classes are designed to accommodate all levels of experience. Just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore the power of your breath.

This class is a donation based class and runs every sunday morning at 9:30am UK time.
